Mark Jones is a trial attorney who is an aggressive litigator and passionate advocate for his clients. His practice is focused on representing clients in areas such as family law, criminal defense and civil litigation. He prides himself on providing effective personalized legal representation to clients at a reasonable cost. Mark has a keen sense of how to bring a case to a successful conclusion using an intuitive and well-balanced approach. He also has an active family law mediation practice.

In January 1994, Mark opened The Law Office of Mark Jones. He regularly represents individuals in Family, Civil and Criminal Court proceedings and often serves as an Amicus Attorney representing children in custody disputes between their parents. In February, 2021 he became an Associate Municipal Judge for the City of Angleton.

Mark is Distinguished™ Peer Review by Martindale-Hubbell, demonstrating recognition by his peers that he is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards. He has also been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer®, part of Thompson Reuters, in the area of family law for the years 2016 and 2017. He is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Texas and the United States Patent and Trademark Office
